Our fitness plans have been specifically designed to enhance women’s fitness and you’ll get an efficient full body workout on the Curves circuit.

You work every major muscle group and can burn up to 2,000 kilojoules (478 calories) in just 30 minutes with our proven strength training, cardio and stretching programme^. Plus you can join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within standard opening hours)#.

The circuit includes a variety of hydraulic resistance machines, which are built to create resistance that intensifies with effort. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, which makes them ideal for women of any fitness level to achieve results.
